"There’s so much to say about The Jamestown! The amenity spaces are among the best and they even have a mini market in the community for those times you need a soda, milk, or even some A1 steak sauce. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Everyone on the office staff and the maintenance team are a big part of what makes this place the needle in a haystack. Oh and I didn’t mention that the resident events just keep getting better and better and what a way to meet new people. Overall, I’d recommend The Jamestown to anyone who’s looking for a place to call home."

"I love living here! Spacious living, luxury, and safe. It’s conveniently located to downtown and all the highways, but what I love most is the customer service and care from our Property Managers Sarah & Candace, our Leasing Agent I’yanna, and our Maintenance Staff. They all work hard to make sure the residents feel safe and are able to take advantage of all the amenities available. The community events (in conjunction with planning with other residents and outside community groups) have been the highlights of living here thus far. You definitely get what you pay for and expect living so close to downtown. Would absolutely recommend others to consider leasing here."

"I have lived at the Jamestown Apartment Flats for 2 years and will be moving out this year. The reason I am leaving is just due to needing more space, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I have only had 2 maintenance issues the whole duration, both of which were acknowledged and resolved by the team within 48 hours. The only reasons I am giving 4 stars is because of: 1. The noise factor, which could be an issue for people not used to living in an apartment in the city. You can definitely hear your neighbors above if they are heavy footed. There is also a restaurant across the street that plays music in the evenings during the summer, which can be annoying at times. 2. Some of the heavily traveled areas could be better taken care of. Of course they can't clean up every time there's dog pee/wasted food in the stairs or elevator, but it would be nice for them to get a pressure wash/mop a few times a year. Some people are just gross and irresponsible, but that can't be controlled. Otherwise, I have enjoyed my time renting here and would recommend checking it out!"
