"My grandmother lives here so I’ll leave this on her behalf. The management is completely useless. The thermostat doesn’t work in the Summer and doesn’t work in the Winter. The toilet has gone months without it being fixed and now the fridge is broken and I doubt maintenance will fix that, if there is maintenance. If there is a cleaning crew, they come once in a blue moon. Just look elsewhere."

"I am not even a current resident. However, I will leave a review just on the strength of how I was spoken to ALONE. While searching for a new home for your family, it comes with a great deal of stress. Among everything you have going on. I called this office, even though I saw that the rating was pretty low. And whoever Kaya is (IF I even spelled her name correctly! lol), she was so pleasant and professional to me and explained everything to me so to the point and plainly, yet nice. Thank you Kaya! It's sad to say, but you were a rare experience indeed. Have a great day."

"Ive been living here since 2015. And its been pretty much a good experience. Management is great. Having to deal with different personalities, she's does a great job. She's always doing something for our community,whether the residents show up or not, she continues to push on.If she ever leaves so will the property. Maintenance is also great, being that hes only part time, he gets a lot done with minimal to work with. My only small issue , is I wish we had more ammenities , like a gym. Other than that property is clean and maintalned well."
