Reviews
"Michaelle was very helpful with our tour of the apartments and went above and beyond to accommodate us."
"Decent building, property manager was nice."
"My experience at cobblestone at first was amazing I had the pleasure of working with the property manager Shanea as previous review shows she was amazing unfortunately that was about 4 years ago. After my first year shanea was no longer the property manager and I had to deal with Becky who was not as helpful and empathetic as Shanea but was understanding. When Becky became property manager she messed up my bill by saying I didn’t have rental insurance where after a brief back and forth And proof of rental insurance she was helpful with fixing and crediting my account. it was handled properly as a resident no one likes when mysterious charges are on your bill and have to be questioned about it when you know you pay your bill on time. Becky lasted about a year and a half then once again here comes a new property manager. At this point I was over cobblestone not only because there was no parking on the streets due to construction which made living there even more horrible, there was no parking in the first place and additional living property are being built. good luck with finding parking in the future but the management at this point was just horrible. Michaelle who is the current property manager is no help she has a very sarcastic tone and tend to forward the blame on certain situations on her peers like accounting department or her manager informs her to do things. How can you trust a residence where the property manager cannot give you a direct answer. Countless Arguments over billing and process that i still do not understand because neither her or her manager Brittany can properly explain. They both do not understand customer service and rather argue there point of being right then understanding. If moving to these apartments I will recommend that you keep your own ledger and pay attention to what they put on your bill, they will tamper with your bill and later on have no idea what’s going on because they change property managers so much. After 4 years of being with cobblestone I am leaving with a credit of $1,400 from RRP and security deposit that was forfeited and states $500 on lease but they said it was only $300 and the other $200 was used up due to something they couldn’t explain. Last conversation with both the property manager and her manager was distasteful and I told them keep the money because it was like speaking to a wall with them and only thing I learned was to make sure I document everything so it will never happen again. Good luck"
"Apartments are cool, lots of exposed brick and a very industrial feel. The property manager, Shanea, is awesome, very helpful and responsive. Parking can sometimes be a bear as it is just street parking and a few paid lots. Noise from the bars in the adjoining building is something we that was downplayed when we toured but we probably should have asked more about. The farther west in the building you are located the more it is an issue, but pretty much every night in the latter part of the week it is loud and typically lasts until 2am. If you're a light sleeper it might be a deal breaker but to be living in such a prime location for night life it is somewhat expected. The leasing company has a pool at another property down the street that we have access to, but it is a decent walk so I don't think many people in this complex get much use out of it. All utilities are included in your rent which is great, avoids a lot of headaches. There is a a pretty diverse group of residents but most seem to be people or couples in their 20's or 30's, and everyone is always friendly. Cobblestone Commons is one of the few places that is dog friendly in the area so many of the residents have dogs. We've been here for 8 months now and are pretty happy with living here, the rent is fair and the location is tough to beat."
