"I have been living here for the past 4 months now due to an employment opportunity. And I can just say the staff as well as the property didn’t disappoint. Sam, Olivia, April and Amy were welcoming and passionate about their jobs and the residents. The property has rich history and beautiful modern finishes. The property boasts one if not the most stunning views of downtown RVA. Amenities and facilities were well thought of and executed to give the sense of a very luxurious and exclusive experience to the residents. Location is topnotch as it is very walkable towards different attractions and offices in the downtown core and a bus stop is never to far away. "By far the nicest building I have toured in Richmond. Everything brand new. Full sized new kitchen, new bathroom, and in unit laundry for every apartment room I toured. Rooftop club house, gym, golfing simulator, and even an indoor dog park for pets to run around and play. Ashley from the leasing office showed me around, great experience!"
