"Please rent somewhere else if you can. I lived here while I was waiting on my new home to be built. In July and half of August 2023 we had no AC and had to rely on portable ac units that management gave us. It took them a month to repair the AC. They keep the apartment common hallways FILTHY!!!!!! I asked to have it cleaned several times and was ignored. In 6 months, the hallway was cleaned maybe 4 times. They have terrible plumbing. And the WORST part is the COCKROACH problem. They provide pest control only when requested and the service is awful!!!!! ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL DUMP! DO NOT BELIEVE THESE "GOOD" REVIEWS!!!! THEY BEGGED ME TO MAKE ONE AFTER THEY FINALLY CAME TO REPAIR A MAINTENANCE ISSUE!!!!!!!! You will most likely end up with roaches and have to replace your belongings like I had to do."

"I’ve never had a bad experience in my three years living here. It’s close to a lot of things, the property manger miesha is super nice and always makes sure things are taken care of to make for the best living arrangements. I’ve never had any problems with my apt besides normal maintenance, and when something does need to be fixed the maintenance man Bradley is always on top of it to also make sure living is the best for all of the tenants.He his also super nice and great guy to talk to when you see him around."

"I’ve lived at Ashley for three years, I am in love the apartment complex’s community along with the property manager & maintenance technician (Bradley & Miesha)! In the three years I’ve lived here I’ve had little to none maintenance issues. The one issue I did face was a light cutting out in the kitchen and I spoken to Bradley on morning about it and he came up with me immediately and fixed the issue! Miesha, the Property manager has turned the whole property into a place I’m proud to live at, when we first started residing here The property was under different management and it was horrible I felt very unsafe & felt my voice wasn’t heard by the property manager at that time. All the changes over the years we have been here have transformed this property into a better home for many of its residents/ tenants! I feel more safe & I feel All the tenants and residents in our community feel they have a voice! This year they also added a few fun festivities/ competitions throughout the community! Can’t wait for another year here!!"

"Updated Review on November 21, 2023 Thank you once again Miecha property manager and Bradley Maintenance Supervisor. After having a drain issue in my kitchen, when reaching out to Miecha I get reply stating. I’m on it and will let Bradley know. Within, 10 minutes Bradley was at my door to repair my issue. Great teamwork to the both of you. Bradley our maintenance supervisor is on point the issues I had from previous maintenance personnel weren’t fixed as they should have been. But once I placed my request Bradley was on point in fixing everything and did an awesome job. I am very much pleased with the work you did and have been doing. Thank you so much for all that you do! Miecha, just wanted to say Thank you for taking time out to send me an email directly when I don’t always get the mass email that you send out with urgent messages. That extra step to ensure I am aware of property issues means a lot. Thank you for all you!"

"My boyfriend and I moved to Ashley Terrace last November of 2022. We have been dealing with an AC since issue since April of 2023. We could not get our AC fixed. We have been dealing with the rental manager as well as the corporate office which is KRS Holdings on Broad Street. We were told we had to wait because there were other tenants who did not have AC as well. They gave us a portal AC unit which only cooled the living room and dinning room area.. My boyfriend got so fed up he contacted Channel 6 news. They came out and did a story. As everyone knows the heat has been unbelievable.We just got our AC fixed this week. They had to get a outside AC tech and he was no-good. He ordered the wrong part so again that was a week long wait to get the correct part. The maintenance is extremely poor. Brad, the maintenance guy is a very nice guy and he do what he can but they need more maintenance people."
