"This community is in dire need of a revamp. There are constant pest control problems. Constantly having to deal with roaches and worst of all bed bugs. Many residents have complained about this issue but the headquarters only want to put band aids over it and force you int treatments that work only for a little while. The staff has a very high turn over as well. In my 4 years of leasing in this community i can easily say it has been the worst community to live in. At one point there were shots being fired right in front of my unit and it had the whole neighborhood worried about whats going on. There are constant car break ins as well. This community has amazing potential if the owners would just put more money into revamping the amenities inside of the unit. Overall, i would not recommend living here unless they have completely revamped the entire community. If you decide to live here, prepare to never be alone."

"Let me start off by saying living on East is a different experience than living on west…. Most of the bad reviews seem to be from people living on West. I say that because the complaint in the community posting were mostly from people living on West…. I lived on East and I can say I really loved my apartment and I loved the neighborhood. I wish we had actual balconies because that would have just made it perfect. Another pro is they have a community posting where residents can post thing going on in the neighborhood it’s a really great way to keep up with everything and also if you need to buy/or sell something is a good way to go. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because when I lived there they had a rat problem. It seemed like exterminators would come out one week and then come back to another apartment in a few more weeks. I had 2 rats coming from behind the stove in my apartment. I caught them one night just from staying up extra late. When making a complaint about it there was not an urgency from the complex staff. I had to contact the corporate number to get someone out the next day to atleast put traps down until the exterminator came. After that they were further down the street agian at another apartment 2 weeks later. The rat problem last about2/3 weeks for me. Parking was another issue both west and east have parking issues. Visitors park in resident parking often because visitor parking is a pretty good walking distance away regardless of where you live in the neighborhood for my apartment it was about a 5 minute walk for other it could be 10-15 minutes and there are no lights at night time there. There were notices sent out about visitor parking. You also get 1 visitor parking sticker. Also staff wasn’t the friendliest but they did change office staff right before I moved out. Other then that the area (East) was pretty decent. I would recommend if you’re living on East. Avoid West if you can, major problems with parking, breakins on vehicles, and illegal activities. West had police patrol for a bit of my time here."

"This is a great place to live. The maintenance comes immediately if you have an issue. The people at the rental office are very nice. Rebecca, Heather and Winnie are extremely helpful. No one there is rude. They treat you like family here. Please do not believe the negative reviews I just moved here this year in May. I have no bugs. I’m terrified of bugs. They come to spray every three months which is great. These reviews are just not true in my opinion. The community here is very friendly. Tons of nice people. I was really shocked by the negative reviews because it is not true. Come see the place for yourself and not come because of the false reviews. There is a lot of space for a great price. I love living here. So take a chance come see the place you’ll see how lovely it is! I have never had any mice and I have been living here for years."

"You decide: Rent was 1150.00 now 1295.00 Buildings in rough shape. Roaches are everywhere. I pay for outside treatment and the roaches BARELY under control. Have 2 bed w/den Lots of room, but.... Management also changed. The "rental" office cool, but the one that you have to deal with is colony. Not so great."

"I'm looking for apartments and seeing the reviews this place has and the response from the staff or owner is just mind blowing. They have tried to justify charging people for pest control when they've had pest for what seems to go back years. 2 reviewers have had floods and maintenance is constant, please people look elsewhere. These people are trying to get money out of you and justify it, there are better places for you at a lower price. And honestly, where was the confidentiality you were supposed to maintain when responding to many of these reviews."
