"My roommate and I have lived here for about 3 months and are very pleased with our experience at Tapestry West. Our leasing agent Selena, as well as Eric have been absolutely phenomenal, making the move-in process very easy, and they have been very helpful and welcoming to us. The hospitality here is on-point! We very much enjoy living here and would gladly recommend this place to others who are looking for a nice, welcoming place to live in the Richmond area."

"My biggest necessity about living here was being able to house my dog without any breed restrictions and they were one of the very few apartment complexes to allow German Shepherds with an 100 lb weight limit. The amenities are pretty cool and signing up to live here was really stress free and quick. On the other hand my biggest two issues has to be the valet trash and the orientation of the package room. They use a 3rd party service to take out our garbage on given nights and it's nice, but they will charge you a fee if your garbage is left outside of the ever small container they give you to retain trash. Sometimes you have more than one garbage in each room and it can pile up real easily and they can charge you anywhere from $25-50 extra for not doing it and even revoke your privileges. The package room is secure in that you need a code to get in, but MAN is it small in there. Boxes and parcels are everywhere and residents leave them in their for weeks. I think there needs to be a bit more organization by labeling things for deliveries or at least having a weekly reminder for them to pick up their things at the end of every week. There was a small fly infestation issue at the beginning, but if you buy some bug spray and have at it then they won't be a problem for too much longer. Other than that a very nice place to stay! :)"

"I have amazing things to stay about this apartment complex. Originally my leasing agent was Charles and this was the first apt I had seen and signed it right away because he was so amazing! After that new management came in to place and Ashley has been phenomenal. As a wedding planner I know how difficult it is to maintain customer service but she has been exceptionally kind and attentive to everything I have asked. Being a student and living alone my safety was really important and I feel so safe here! Moreover, I didn’t know how long I would be able to stay because of my education and Ashley has been super helpful with my lease situation and that is something I don’t think any other complex would have been so nice about. Originally I thought I’d be here for only a year but because of how much I’ve fallen in love with this place it’s been a lot more. Along with this I do want to highlight the Maintenance Supervisor. He has always been super helpful in anything I needed with the apartment. Also, he’s just so nice - literally smiles and says Hi to me whenever I walk by and that says a lot about the kind of people that are running this place. I want to give my money to a complex that is like this. I loveee the gym and the peace here! I spend my nights near the pool or kitchen area just working. Highly recommend it. Also, the management now is much better than prior ever since they have taken over. I love this new management and really think everyone should live here at some point because I don’t think I want to end my lease at all."
