"We moved in September 24th. Have had 5 plumbing issues since the 30th of September. The units are clean but very small. The neighborhood is nice and pretty quite but We did everything online. I suggest looking at the units before committing to a lease."

"I lived her a few years ago and it was home for me until I bought my first home. I LOVEEEEEE the office staff. And I loved my apartment and had great neighbors! I miss them all. The only thing I don’t like is that I moved out because I bought a home and 2 years later they are trying to take me to court for breaking the lease when someone literally moved in like 1-2 days after I moved out. That is crazy..."

"This is my second time living with courthouse and both times have been pleasant, no place is perfect but I can definitely say out of the 3 places my boyfriend and I have rented from this one def had the best rental office staff and best apartment layout for your money. The only complaint I have are the year passes for the pool are pretty expensive. Other then that we love it here."

"Love the unit, neighborhood is well maintained and the management team is very responsive. My only small complaint is the cost of pool passes. Last year we were able to purchase passes for $25 each. This year it tripled to $75. No pool for us this year. Other than that I would wholeheartedly recommend this neighborhood to everyone."
