"My roommates and I absolutely loved living at Argon. We loved the modern feel of our 3 bedroom floor-plan and the super high ceilings. The huge windows were my favorite aspect. You won’t find a better price in the area for the space and quality you get here at Argon. The multitude of amenities were amazing as well. The managers, staff and maintenance workers were all kind and extremely helpful. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us! I will never forget the memories we made here. Thank you!"

"Argon Apartments are one of the BEST apartment buildings I’ve lived in. The property management is top tier—helpful and eager to solve any problems you may have. Sandra is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with, and Robert is extremely nice and helpful. This is the first apartment complex I’ve ever lived in where I’ve genuinely felt like the staff CARE about their residents and their resident’s happiness AND actually take care of them. I’ve literally seen Sandra picking weeds out in the parking lot after work on a Friday. I’ve seen her working in the office late in the evenings. I’ve seen Robert go the extra mile to remedy something that was wrong, including replacing my entire air conditioning unit when it wasn’t working properly. Sandra makes an effort to bring residents together by hosting gatherings and encouraging community building. The whole Argon team is on top of it! Aside from this, the apartments are in a great location, affordable, and nice. The windows are huge and allow for a lot of light to come in. The residents are also super respectful, and it is quiet. It’s within walking distance of the Fan and Scott’s Addition without the Scott’s Addition price tag. As someone who worked from home for my entire time living there, I spent most of the past 2 years in my apartment, and it became a haven for me. It is BY FAR the best renting experience I’ve had, and I'd recommend Argon to anyone."

"Living at the Argon was a great experience and I was sad to leave due to job relocation. Property manager Sandy is incredibly communicative, personal, and supportive; to me this is one of the most important aspects of a rental experience. We experienced no issues with our suite/building but typical maintenance items (air filters, toilet pumps) were handled on-time and with ease. Our 2B/2B corner, top floor unit gave us incredible views of the city/sunset with huge windows lining every room. High ceilings make the units feels breathable and airy, contrasting nicely with the raw/industrial feel that comes with concrete and granite finishes. The building amenities were more than enough and location was ideal, right off all the major interstates/highways. Plenty of parking for guests, perfect set up for pets. Only downside is building does not offer recycling."

"I lived here for about two years. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Sandra, the property manager, and Robert, the maintenance manager, are both wonderful and go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated as a tenant. The location is just about perfect. It's a short walk to the Fan and Scott's Addition, but much quieter than living in either of those neighborhoods. I'd definitely live here again."

"I’ve lived in 10+ apartments and have never liked a place as much as Argon! The apartments are comfortable and spacious with massive closets. Sandra, the Property Manager, is kind, attentive, and has handled the minimal issues we’ve had here in no time - and the only issues we have had are unavoidable maintenance or appliance issues. She’s easily the most accommodating Property Manager I’ve ever had! Robert, the Maintenance Manager, always does high quality work and the only delays we’ve experienced are because of parts being shipped. I really can’t speak highly enough of Sandra and the Argon complex in general! Very well run, well kept, and organized in taking care of their tenants. 10/10 would live here again"
