"Reasons why I chose this place to stay for last 3 years. -distance to my workplace -safety -brand new updated location Reasons why I would recommend - SAFETY - maintenance team is excellent ( kudos) - cleanliness and responsiveness - view from the apartment and terrace -location proximity to canal walk and James river park or Belle island. -amenities ( gym, swim, terrace space for celebration, zen garden, and beautiful lobby, there is office room which is free for anyone to use if needed and hot warm coffee option in the floor) - walking distance to great restaurants, FedEx, usps, and downtown walk -indoor parking Overall it has been an excellent experience and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to live peacefully and with safety in Richmond downtown area."

"I have lived in Richmond for a little over 7 years now and have experienced a good mix of living spaces. The Locks Tower is in my opinion of the best value per dollar living space in the city with a short walk to Browns Island and great local eatery spots. The on-site gym and pool/lounge area is constantly being updated with new equipment and furniture, not to mention the friendliness of the leasing staff. If you’re moving to the area or are thinking of living at the Locks Tower, I cannot recommend a tour enough!"

"I’ve lived at The Locks Tower for almost a year now and I am so impressed by EVERYTHING. I needed a maintenance request on the weekend (after hours) and they had someone come in & fix it within the hour. I also always receive the best service from the ladies at the leasing office! Truly the kindest and most helpful people. I can’t forget our package fairy too, a sweet woman comes and delivers our packages to our door if they can’t put it in the lockers for us. The Locks Tower goes above and beyond my expectations!!!!"
