"These people never answer the office phone. Nothing is ever in order, my apartment was not ready on my move in date. They screw up your rent and mess with your money smh just so many red flags with this place. The leasing office employees just make the whole experience dreadful."

"If I could rate no stars I most definitely would. This place is the worst and should be shut down. They literally have new management every other month. They don’t fix anything in units. And then have the nerve to ask for monthly rent. Infected with roaches, rats and spiders. I had to move out because I was placed in a unit that wasn’t renovated nor had any electricity before I moved in. Windows were broken, no washer and dryer but it was added in my rent monthly. No water in shower/tub. Bathroom was full of mold that had me sick in the hospital. Literally was in my apartment for 30 days and had to move. Stayed in motels and hotels rooms more than my unit. Pest control never treated any infestation. I literally had a rat on my arm in these apartments. And I am highly allergic, they can kill me and yet and still the rental office didn’t do a thing. They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I was told over 4 months ago I would get my deposit back nothing yet. I put a report on them with the BBB and they couldn’t get in touch with them. My next move is to get them shut down. Just give me back my security deposit."
