"Absolutely love this apartment! Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because the laundry facility could be better and parking availability is spotty. But besides that, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around. Incredibly prompt and efficient maintenance, clean pool with nice grills, dog park, rooftop lounge with the best 360 view of RVA (example below). 24/7 front desk availability with good security levels. Nice lounge downstairs with free printer, coffee, tv area, couches, and tables. And the staff is all around awesome!!! Love it here at Riverside."

"Peaceful life. First of all, the management allowed me 5 tours of the same apartment model before signing, all while being accommodating and gracious. Bless you Galatiyah and Colleen for your patience. The location is (imho) the best in Richmond, 4 mins from downtown, right next to Manchester, and literally the best location next to the river. Every time I look at the view of the river out of my apartment, I feel compelled to thank God for nature. Not to mention the skydeck with a 360 view of the city and river. 24hr concierge, always friendly. Snack bar for your convenience with affordable priced items. Feels like an upscale hotel. The amenities are wonderful. Gym has up to 75lb dumbbells, stair climber, cables, new equipment, an outdoor turf area — rare. The lobby interior is thoughtfully designed, modern yet cozy. Free wifi and coffee. Free printing. Cmon now. Pool is great, although I do wish it was a salt pool (just saying, no complaints though). The grills are new and function great. Great place for family or friends. Drier dries on the first try in my experience. Always appreciated. Trash chutes on every floor; I do hope they develop a recycling system though. All in all, I’m satisfied thus far and impressed by the attention to detail in this property. Staff is wonderful."

"Honestly one of- if not the best renting experiences I’ve ever had. Modernized rooms- no weird yellow/“off white” walls, cool tones and granite countertops. Clear rules, no hidden fees/charges, maintenance was always handled in 24-48 hours, I didn’t even have to pay a deposit (varies on eviction(s) & credit). Friendly staff, 24hr front desk, gym, pool, DOG PARK, grills, mini-mart downstairs, lounges (including roof top). Easy to pay rent and plenty of parking options- which is great for the area. I only left bc I bought a house! Photos below of my view from the apartment I was in (balcony)."
