"Currently a resident, make sure you do your homework before moving in here. We have had issues with the AC. unit maintenance would come out and fix and it would be fixed for a day or two. Now today’s it is completely out it is not like we don’t pay enough at this place. Called and left two emergency maintenance calls and I have asthma and nobody has called or came out. Needless to say we will not be renewing a lease here. Apparently from going to the pool there are many residents that are having issues with this place. Paying two grand a month and always on time and this is what my family has to deal with. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I currently live here the only pros this place has is the grocery stores is across the street from the complex. This place is so trashy. There is always trash outside. We have encountered a lot of roaches. Pest control came about twice but that didn’t help anything. And omg the hot water does not LAST LONG AT ALL!!!! We live in a house with 4 people an we have to wait for the water to warm up again before anyone else gets in the shower. This is so depressing especially when we get off from work we want to decompress take a nice hot shower without worrying if the hot water is going to run out. This is the worst $1600 dollars spent on an apartment. I’m thankful an grateful for my family an I being able to have a place to live in, but this is just disappointing."

"This was the worst place I ever live. I live here for one year and left. I wanted to break my lease but couldn’t afford to. I just move out June 30. Thank goodness. The community always Have trash everywhere. They never clean the outside the Stairway is so full of trash. Maintenance don’t do nothing. I put work orders in they come two to three weeks later to fix anything. My experience with this community was so bad. They charge me 50 dollars for having a box beside the trash can because it was full. God answer my prayers and my family is so happy we’re we live now it’s worth the money and more space."
