Not only is the location absolutely perfect (all major highways are close, Carytown within walking distance) the management and maintenance team are A++ and are always a pleasure to interact with. They truly go above and beyond! From organizing community social gatherings to organizing community yard sales to simply being available to address any concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance requests aren’t ignored, in fact they’re usually done same day within a couple hours of making the request and they’re done correctly, so no repeat calls. In addition, the maintenance team are very respectful of your home. The grounds are maintained weekly so it’s always clean and aesthetically pleasing. If you’re looking for somewhere to call home, this is your spot!"

"I’ve been here for 8 years now and have been very happy with my “tiny townhouse.” The management team and maintenance team keep the property clean, make sure things are running smoothly, and are just great to work with. Very responsive and try to add a community feel with.newsletters and an app. While I opted out of the in-unit portable washer/dryer rental, the laundry rooms below the buildings are actually super convenient! Pet friendly property, too! Many of the units are being totally renovated right now with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, flooring, etc. And the location is perfectly situated. Carytown is 5mins away, VCU is about 8mins away, Willow Lawn area is about 8mins the other way, Scott’s Addition is 6mins away. A gem in the city!"

"Leslie and Kristi and their maintenance team are absolutely superb. They deserve big raises this year! I've had an ongoing issue since I became a resident in July with my tub not draining. They have answered every maintenance request within 24 hours. They are fantastic about keeping me looped in. My neighbors are all quiet and respectable of everyone's work hours. Grounds are very well kept. Leslie was very attentive in my leasing process to answer all of my questions. These apartments are by FAR the best in this price range."
