"Management is HORRIBLE. . . Do NOT MOVE HERE‼️ I’ve been requesting maintenance in my apartment since January and still have yet to receive it. Rodents are everywhere this their home really I’m just visiting. I honestly think they should just knock these apartments down and try again. . . WORST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED‼️"

"The one person who worked in the leasing office that I liked is gone. So now it seems to take forever for things to get done. It's in okay apartment but it really cost to much for them to not really have any amenities to go with it."

"I would never recommend anyone to stay here The rental office staff is ghetto and ratchet The maintenance men are extremely lazy The structure of the apartment is not livable There is NO HEAT in any back rooms It was said that we would have to close the vent in the living room to push back heat in the back rooms But there is no handle on the vent in the living room so NO HEAT everyone has to sleep in the living room I guess When you have big unemployed people with a football team in pull ups you hear every step that they make Floors are weak I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs It doesn’t make it any better when you have ignorant neighbors who doesn’t want to hear about themselves So if you can avoid this property PLEASE DO!!!!! ps If I could give NO STARS I would"

"They have had issues in the past, but I am seeing very noticeable changes in the property maintenance and the office personnel. The people in the rental office are very nice now. I can see new improvements throughout the property, i.e. new lighting, landscaping , visible security. Very positive changes here at Stanton Glenn."

"***WARNING**** These apartments are under the worst management ever. From the gun violence, to the rodents, to boarded apartments, none of the building doors are secure. My door has been broken off the henges for the whole summer . The glass pane is even out. The residents has not seen maintenance in months. Yes, you put in tickets and NO ONE responds. I have been calling the maintenance number for over a month and no one even answers. My apartment is VERY CLEAN. I have to bleach and clean with antibacterial soap every morning to clean from the pesky rodents that have taken over. i feel like they have become my pets. The management is leaving it to the tenants to catch the rodents. I have been here twelve years never had one roach. In the last two months I have killed at least ten. Oh about the violence .. In the past two months we have had two shootings that I have heard of in the middle of the day. One of the staff memebers told me about a month ago " yes, I have to schedule to come to your apartment before 12am, because I don't come in that area after 12." If that's not some ****"
