"Let's start with the positive: the people who work here are absolutely amazing. They do their very best to make the place feel like home and I greatly appreciate them. But the negatives far outweigh that one positive. The building, like everything else along the wharf, is brand new. It was built within the last 5-10 years. That might lead you to believe that the appliances in your unit and the mechanical equipment in the building is also new and functioning--but you would be wrong! I've lived here for 10 months now. In that time: 1. I was unable to do laundry for 3 months because I didn't have a functioning dryer. 2. 1 of the 2 elevators has been out of service for weeks at a time on multiple occasions. 3. And the building has been without hot water for several hours on multiple occasions. These are only the most memorable annoyances. If you're looking for a *new* place to live to avoid the mechanical issues of much older buildings, please do yourself a favor and keep looking. I've lived in buildings decades older with a fraction of the issues. At Incanto, you get the privilege of paying a luxury rent rate for refurbished and rebuilt appliances and mechanical features."

"My experience at Incanto was incredible! I moved in during the pandemic, spring of 2021, and stayed for two years. The location along the Wharf is absolutely phenomenal. It’s safe, pedestrianized, and lively but always calms down around midnight. Also, everyone who works at the building is great. Dorcas, who works at the concierge desk, is truly one of the sweetest women you will ever meet. She puts her heart and soul into hosting events for residents, and it shows! She truly became my mom away from home! Ibrahim, who’s part of the maintenance team, is also wonderful. He’s kind, always says hello and remembers your name, and comes to help quickly! I was SO sad to leave my apartment at Incanto, and if I’d had the option to buy it, I would’ve! I loved it so much that after grad school I’m considering returning! I miss you, Incanto! Thank you for an amazing two years!"
