"Nobody is on the premises to answer any logistical questions. They will tow your vehicle for not having a parking pass they themselves forgot to issue to you, and you don't even pay for the parking pass in the first place. Then they'll tow you AGAIN on a holiday, when they weren't even open to fix the first issue in the first place. They'll look you in the eye and tell you you're at fault for paying to pick up your vehicle and outright refuse to work with you on rent as a result. Awful property bought by worse company, stay away at all costs. They are out to sap you of your money and NOTHING else."

"This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. They freshly remodeled so it looks nice but a completely empty building was roach infested. They would not give me my full deposit back and acted like I was beneath them. Especially Mary Hall"

"If i could give them no stars i gd would. Roach infested, paint covering outlets and lights, no help from matinence whem you ask. Thoes are just the first of many issues presented while ive lived here and we've just had to deal with it becaise no matter how many times we called NOBODY EVER HELPED. I actually hated living here the people are so nice but they and i have had to deal with the gross misconduct by 5 different apartment managers in my year of living here. Their corporate office was no different, we called them about many issues such a leaks bug issues aside from the roaches and NOTHING was ever done. I would never EVER recomend you get an apartment here. I included some photos of the roaches who now live in the walll and under the carpets and in every crack and crevice BEWARE"

"THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! ALL RESIDENTS ARE TREATED AS AN INCONVENIENCE TO KINGSWOOD COVE. WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND IT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Our apartment manager tries, but corporate does not care about any of their residents. We are currently having to risk our safety parking behind a gas station, due to an inconvenience of our parking lot being sealed. When this inconvenience was brought to the attention of Kingswood Cove corporation, they did NOT care. Older residents, low-income residents, etc. Are now risking being towed, their safety as they have to walk across a busy road to this gas station AND some will not be able to afford transportation. Instead of sealing our parking lot they could be fixing the residents apartment issues. These issues include mold, roaches, rotting cabinets, water damage, And so forth. They have been aware of these issues by our manager, but still choose to avoid these issues that we as a community are having. I do not recommend anyone moving into these apartments."

"Is it too much to ask for a bathroom shower, sink not from the 70's it appears, without saying an extra $100 - $200 per month?? Located a few feet next door to a school that merged 2 rival schools. Historically, these teens wreak havoc on this property."
