"The worse, she never want to fix anything, stuff inside was real old & rusted... grass was never cut like that.. but always expected u to pay rent on time!!! I would never Recommend anybody to rent these apartments not townhouse.... not fit to live in!!!!"
"For the price it is worth it. The apartments are spacious. No bug problems. Nice and quiet area. Also Finding a 3 bedroom for under $850 is unheard of. Located right off the highway. 15-20 from downtown Richmond,Va."
"I can't really comment on much about these apartments because I only did a drive by. There was garbage all over the place and the landscaping is not well kept. I know the price is low, but I don't think that's an excuse to have a dirty complex. I will not be staying here."
