Brookmont Apartments

"Went to view an apartment. My appointment was at 10 I arrived here and no one is in the leasing office. I waited 30 minutes still no one here to give me a tour of the apartment. I called and no one is available to answer phone. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Also the address in GPS is off it said I arrived when I was in the middle of an intersection. SMH"

"I applied on August 24th and after two weekes it has been a total challenge to even know the status of my application. Im moving the 14th for a new job and this has been a waste of time, with only a week left for me to move in I was just told that (even though I called their office and was told there was availability before applying) there wasn't anything available. After 2 weeks of constantly calling and messaging regarding the status of my application I wasn't informed of anything. Total lack of organization, communication and professionalism on their part. If this is the way they treat possible tenants I don't want to imagine how they actually run the place."

"I recently moved into the Brookmont apartments. Sierria the property manager made my transition very smooth. She was very friendly. Adrian (Maintenance Director), did a personal walk through with me to ensure that there were no issues or concern with the unit. Thank You!!!"

"They are the worst apartments. They dont fix anything management sucks and talking about raising rent to $750 definitely will be moving. Not worth the money at all. Somebody professional needs to come on and inspect these apartments and flatten them to the ground and rebuild them."
