"My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of living at the Kennedy-Warren for 6-1/2 years. Our unit was in the South Wing, overlooking the National Zoo and Connecticut Avenue and we loved it. Throughout our time there, we enjoyed the amenities in the building, the round-the-clock concierge, the helpful staff, the rapid response to maintenance requests (which were few), and the pride we felt in living in such a beautiful building. An added bonus was that the stores in Cleveland Park and Woodley Park were only a 10-minute walk, as was the metro (red line). And the L2 bus line stopped right right out front of the building. Leaving the KW this past March was a difficult decision for us, but we did so only because we wanted to purchase in DC. Our search took us almost a year-and-a-half - the KW is a hard act to follow. We will always feel fortunate to have been among its residents!"
