Copper Mill Apartments 3400 Coppermill Trace, Richmond, VA 23294

"Horrible apartments. I currently live here and the apartments look nice at first but they break all the time. Everything breaks all the time. The toilets are constantly not working. There’s been a light hanging by wires hanging in our kitchen that’s been there for two months and copper mill still hasn’t come and fixed it. We went over a month with one of our toilets not working and now after that was fixed in September the other toilet is broken and they haven’t come to fix it. Our washer doesn’t work, our dryer barely works, and our dish washer and garbage disposal doesn’t work. They don’t care about safety here. I have a year and a half old daughter and a dog that can both get hurt from that light but they don’t care at all. I truly would not recommend living here. It’s not worth the money you pay."

"Absolutely terrible place to live. I’ve been living here for a little over 3 months and it’s been multiple issues. Worst maintenance ever. When I moved in there were multiple issues in my apartment. I submitted multiple requests from September to now and some are still open. I’ve had to threaten to not pay rent to get my apartment sprayed for bugs. I’ve even gotten to the point where I’m considering breaking my lease and dealing with whatever happens after that. Just save yourself the stress and don’t live here."

"We had a wonderful tour of the apartments with Sara, she was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The apartments were gorgeous and spacious, I adore the grey cabinets in the Kitchen. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"My first apartment in Richmond. Located between west broad street and Mayland drive. Kroger, costco, Bank of America, Best buy, short pump mall, tuckahoe library, wallmart, target, Indian groceries all are very near by. I consider this place to be my luckiest place. N.pharham road and highway are very close. My memories in richmond is unforgettable. Such a soulful place. Copper Mill apartment is really good one with all expected amenities available. I love to take a walk around the lake in summer days, pleasant walk. Considering neighbourhoods rental structure I would say this place is costlier and electric bill always surprises me! Maintenance takes little time. Overall-nice place to stay."
