They make the building feel like home and truly care about the residents. The building is in the perfect location and is well-maintained with lots of charming features. It definitely took a couple of in-person visits to secure my lease and then to handle moving out, but it was worth it and everything was perfect while I lived there."

"I've lived in the Eddystone for 6 lovely years and am only moving out because I want to get a dog (not a dog-friendly building). The staff (Barbara and Elias) is simply the best. Barbara took care of the small number of problems I've ever had at the drop of the hat, and always decorates the lobby for holidays. She truly made our building feel like home. Elias has helped me on more than one occasion when I've locked myself out. Definitely recommend living here!"
