"I originally moved in with the intention of moving closer to work after one year. Now I am completing my 3rd year living at 14W. I have never experienced an apartment complex that could feel so much like a home. The concierge consists of the most genuine and friendly people who actually become like family. I really appreciate the consistency of the concierge too. Even though one may be stressed to get to work in the morning, you can always expect to get a motivational pick me up from Richard on your way out the door. THEN, after being tired after a long day, Antoine is there to greet you back home and make you feel good about the day you just had. Blaise is also a spectacular Property Manager. He manages to make every aspect of living here run smoothly. I don't know how he does it, but even during the whole pandemic, he gave the residents of 14w a sense of security. Maintenance is also great here--always on time, productive, and efficient. I feel like everyone who works here is part of a team that makes this place incredible. FYI they also host different local companies who give samples of food /products sometimes, arrange for DC's top food trucks to come for lunch/dinner, put on virtual trivia nights and paint nights, and decorate the lobby to the corresponding holiday. PLUS the rooftop view are unreal as you can see from the picture!"
