Arrive 2801 2801 Park Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22302

"We’ve been counting down the days until our lease ends from the moment we moved in. We moved into a roach infested apartment last March and still deal with roaches from time to time. Now with the cold weather we have a huge mice problem. Our dog has caught and killed 11 mice since the cold started, which is both disgusting and unsanitary. We’ve reported this several times and are only told that we’ve been added to a pest control list but no one has come for the mice problem to date. We’ve been towed from the garage, despite having a parking pass, because our car was touching the line. We’ve had to report so many packages lost because there is no working package system in the building, since the Luxer seems to always be down and the front office staff haven’t figured out a smart way to efficiently and effectively get packages to residents. Front staff has very high turnover as a result. The heat blares almost all year long, starting in September (when it’s still very hot outside) all the way to May (when it’s starting to get very hot outside), it’s absolutely miserable. We’ve had the water shut off more times than we can count. Fire alarms have woken us up in the middle of the night over 5 times. Our dishwasher does not work and we got tired of submitting maintenance requests because nothing ever changed. The building is old and gross all around, it actually smells bad. We were bait and switched when we toured and signed. I cannot wait to move out and be free of this place. Do not waste your time or money by moving in here."

"Sadly, this apartment was surprisingly rated on the higher-end of apartments we searched in Alexandria but it has been a constant struggle with this complex since we moved in. Our actual apartment is great and we would be staying our full 11 month lease if I wasn’t 8 months pregnant and having to inhale nightly marijuana smoking from the people below us that seeps into our shared ventilation system (even though this is a “smoke free” property), multiple stolen/missing packages with zero accountability, difficult leasing office personnel who do the BARE minimum, constant fire alarms that go off at all hours of the day/night, and my car being towed twice (I was parked in future residential parking that did NOT have a tow sign anywhere near it). Ofc we have tried bringing all of this up to management and they have done ZERO to actually help or fix anything. We luckily went to the regional manager and she worked with us to break our lease 9 months early at no additional cost. I would recommend that anyone who likes clean air, receiving their packages and not losing money, parking their car without the risk of it being towed, and a helpful management team, to steer clear of Arrive 2801!"

"The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly top-tier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy. The attention to detail and the dedication to providing exceptional service was evident throughout the tour. The amenities and finishes of the buildings were nothing short of beautiful. The thought and care put into creating a comfortable and luxurious living space were evident in every corner. I was particularly impressed by the convenience of having a store right on the property, making daily errands a breeze. In a market filled with competition, Arrive 2801 stands out as a true gem. The combination of a wonderful community, stunning amenities, and a dedicated staff make it hard to beat. If anyone is looking for a new place to call home, I would wholeheartedly recommend Arrive 2801 without hesitation."

"This place is filthy. There is poop and pee everywhere. I think the maintenance staff do what they can but the tenants here really suck. People smoking in the apartments, dogs pooping in the hallway and people not cleaning it up. kids, screaming, and yelling, banging on doors. If you absolutely cannot afford anything else and this is what you need then go for it. Do what you Gotta do. But I’ve had to step in pee multiple times in the elevators. There are roaches and ants everywhere. Cheap renovations. Go to park and ford down the street if you can spare the extra few hundred dollars a month. Leasing office staff provide very basic level service. Not impressed. The leasing office and Concierge do not care about how many times Amazon will just leave all of our packages around in the mail room. They don’t want to sort through the mail and keep it protected. There are lockers right there. There’s a mail room at concierge. But instead we have to sort through these baskets and anybody can steal your stuff. These are marketed as luxury apartments, and this just is not at all a luxury apartment. By any means. This is more like a shack."

"I went in to tour a one bedroom and I can’t wait to put pin to paper and sign the lease. Ms. Karen from the leasing office was such a joy and very informative. The Arrive has much to offer, much more than I expected. I was at first honestly bummed that the floor plan I wanted to see wasn’t available. But the floor plan that I was able to view was awesome. So I’m sure the floor plan that I’m interested in will be much more astounding. I love the amount of space and the beautiful kitchen. I can’t wait to arrive at the Arrive."
