"I stayed in the Del Ray Towers on level 1 The apartment was as pictured and was clean on arrival; There was a good selection of kitchen utensils and coffee and tea They had a Keurig coffee machine which we found a bit tricky to use. Some instructions would have been good for the room Lighting at night could be better as only one large lamp in lounge. Two kitchen lights; but one was not working Shower pressure was terrible- this was the only really bad thing - wanted a decent shower but the pressure was terrible Great stay overral! Ammenities were excellent in the building. The gym has a great selection of weight machines for both upper and lower body; free weights; treadmills; fitness room with fitness balls; battle ropes A ‘supermarket’ with a selection of confectionary; sports dbefy drinks; food items Beautiful community areas in the complex such as a rooftop kitchen bar and lounge area Another bonus was the coffee machine - it was free of charge and had great coffees and hot chocolates For those arriving- ask to be dropped at the front of the building if arriving late as no one is on reception and you can’t access the building via code at the back"

"Love the room and facilities. Location good as long as you have a car. Ample street parking. Only complaint is that the ventilation smelled like burnt plastic and occasionally smelt like cigarettes. Otherwise a great stay."

"Pretty strange experience. No Kasa sign on the building or anywhere in it. It’s basically an Airbnb like arrangement, they have several units spread out in a huge building. Very very difficult to find so pay attention to instructions. Overall good room but unfortunately there is a lot of light coming through the thin shade at night. Bring eye cover. Good location and value."

"I was in town for the weekend to visit my daughter who lives in DelRay. Location was a 10 star. Building, Rooms, helpfulness and staff were outstanding. I will definitely be returning and would recommended friends or anyone to visit with confidence that your needs will be met."

"Amazing place, very clean and also easy with the automated system they’ve set up for check in and out. Also lots of amenities available at the Kasa location I stayed at. They’re really organized and have step by step detailed instructions for everything. I would most definitely stay here again."
