"I am currently don't have a place to stay because my lease ended and didn't find an apartment, so decided to stay at the hotel temporarily. I searched near by hotels and found this hotel on the list and called the hotel before I go if they have any available room and the guy on the phone said "yes we have a room just come". When I arrived there the guy asked me for my ID and I thought I am going to check in, but then the guy told me that they have only smoking room. I was so disappointed because I came straight from nine hour shift work to just sleep. That guy is very unprofessional when I even talk to him, he was continuously touching his private part and he has something in his mouth chewing and the thing all over his lip and that just looks so disgusting. I can't even eat when I remember that moment and I don't know what his position there, but he doesn't have to work at the front desk because he is disgusting !!!!"
"Today is Oct 19,2023. I have been here since Sept 19th. I relocated here for work looking for a place to live. And I have a German Shepherd. Location is great close to highway lots of stores/restaurants walking and with in couple miles: not to far from Reagan airport and about 30 from Dulles. 20 min drive from DC. Cleaning ladies do a good job: Looks and smells great after. Tell new sheets and everything horizontal is wiped down. However, the floor if I wiped it with a towel was always grey (from the water not being changed enough mopping). They don't wipe down the walls, trim or doors. Other mention my key had to keep getting reprogrammed. Staff was always professional, friendly and accommodating. And I liked their coffee."
"Like many mention here, this location is in poor condition, cleanliness very far from par, the only thing great about this Days Inn is the location and the Staff at reception they listen to your concerns. There is also ppl staying/living here as long-term and most of the time smoking/idling in the staircase as you try to make your way up and down to your car."
"The staff is rude and there is drug dealing going on on the premises... Plus, the room that I stayed in was in ill repair and left a lot to be desired. I have video of a non working smoke alarm and a leaking tub fossette."
"Worst days in I’ve been to by far and I’m a Wyndham fan, I frequent their hotels, motels, and resorts while traveling. The only thing good about this hell hole is the location. 1. I booked the rooms (3) for my nieces birthday because they wanted to swim. When I got to the hotel they said the pool had been closed since covid, meanwhile before I booked the reservation via Priceline, I called to confirm if they had a pool or not. 2. Upon check in I realized that 2 rooms would not be enough for the kids I had with me and myself so I ended up reserving another room via Priceline. While checking in I realized I booked with the Super 8 which is attached to the Days Inn. I asked the front desk associate if that would be a problem, he said no and that he would handle the switch because they are the “Same” He checked me in, had me sign my paper for the deposit and sent me on my way. As I’m leaving to go to the rooms he says “you’re going to get an email that says your card declined, disregard it” Upon check out on Sunday I decided to check my bank statement and they took out $316. He cancelled my reservation via Priceline for a “declined card” and without my authorization booked my room through their system with the exact same card that “declined” because it costs more. 3. The rooms were dirty, the sheets and the blankets had stains on them and they weren’t “allowed” to give any extra towels or cleaning supplies because they were fully booked and housekeeping was already gone. I told him that because I have 12 kids with me and it was already going on 11pm I’ll clean the rooms myself and purchase my own sheets and blankets. Upon checkout they did not return my deposit because of the stained sheets and pillows (that they put on the bed) and dirty washcloths and towels that i had to use to clean the filthy rooms they tried to put my family in. I called back to see what was going on with the deposit and I’m still awaiting a call from the manager. 4. The customer service is rude as hell and super discriminating if you aren’t foreign or of Latin descent. The rooms are dirty, and the “free breakfast” is muffins and juice. Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at anything with the Wyndham name! Definitely would not recommend. Stay far away from here unless you just need a place to lay for the night, but even then I think you’d be better off sleeping in your car"
