"It's a cheap motel, but it was a nice cheap motel. The desk service was incredible. No microwave or fridge. He made that clear before I checked in. I paid a little extra and got a microwave and fridge. Didn't know microwaves still had knobs though. I found the room to be clean. The bed was not comfortable to me, but that's not unlike a lot of other hotels. I like firm. The bed was soft. I did not experience any trouble with the neighborhood either."
"My sister forgot personal belongings in this Hotel, and they stole it!!! She called many times and never got a resolution other than they would call her back. When I called to report the matter, the guy on the phone was super RUDE telling me that they don't know nothing and I asked how is it that a big bag disappeared and no ones knows about it? THEY LIKE TO STEAL ITEMS AND ACT LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED! WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL! AVOID THIS PLACE AND FIND OTHER PLACES TO STAY! Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!"
"Don't fell for cheap price it comes with cheap service 1: Room smells like garbage 2: Bedsheets with cigarette burns 3: Comforters looks like never been washed 4: No Iron or Iron stand 5: No Microwave 6: No refrigerator 7: lift isn't working. Good for people who wants to lose some weight if you got room on 2nd or 3rd floor 8: No privacy they'll check occupied rooms every day. And above all of that if you ask for something or complain about anything they only reply you'll get is "You can cancel now and can leave hotel now""
"Within minutes of checking into the hotel and settling into the room two hispanic gentlemen knocked on the door. Not expecting anyone the door was answered to inform the gentlemen on the other side that they had the wrong room. The gentlemen apologized and walked off. Growing weary of her safety, my partner locked the emergency dead bolt on the door and attempted to get rest as it was nearly 0400am and I was off the compound for work as I am a professional driver and received a call minutes after checking in. Roughly ten minutes after the initial knock on the door there was a second loud bang on the door. Too afraid to open the door a second time, She looked out the peephole and noticed that there was an entourage of about 6 men to include the two previous gentlemen that knocked on the door and a hispanic female. In addition to banging on the door, they also attempted to use a key to open the door and turned the handle. As this was happening, she immediately called me to inform me of the situation and I instantly called the front office and spoke to the gentlemen that initially checked us in and was advised that he would check on the matter along with security only after I threatened to call the police because there appeared to be a lack of concern of my complaint and an extreme lack of urgency. The attendant came to the floor that we were assigned and instantly went to the door to the right of our room and loudly advised that the occupants that they were going to be asked to vacate the premises due to a complaint from the occupants of room 270 which was the room that I was assigned. We were completely shocked for several reasons, under no circumstances did we reveal who knocked on the door outside of a description of the individuals so it came as a shocking surprise that the attendant would go to the room next to us. , he immediately knocked on our door where my partner vocalized her concern with the attendant revealing her identity and demanded a room change. During this time, the attendant became very disrespectful by way of not listening to my partners complaint. Once she threatened to call the police, the attendant agreed to swap rooms for her/us. During this time, my partner walked with the attendant to the front office while the security guard went his own way and the attendant quickly walked ahead of her again disregarding her concerns regarding her safety. Once my partner entered the front desk area, the attendant was behind the desk handling the transaction for the transfer when the initial two gentlemen and the female walked into the lobby and slammed a room key on the front desk as an intimidation tactic. The attendant didn't ask the individuals if they had a problem, wanted to check out or anything but ignored them as if he were familiar with them. The key to the second room was issued and my partner walked back to the new room without there being an offer of a security escort. As a result, she was in the room no less than five minutes before calling an uber to vacate the premises. I am extremely disappointed and highly upset that this situation happened but what was most disheartening was how my partner was treated by your staff. I will never patronize this establishment again and highly recommend that the operator/manager look into this matter and address the issue at hand before someone gets seriously hurt due to a lack of regard for the well being of your guest. Once I ensured my partner was safe, I called to the front office a second time and demanded a refund. The best thing that happened that night outside of my partner getting away unscathed was the willingness of the attendant to issue a full refund without hesitation. The circumstances of the events that took place were very sketchy and leaves me under the impression that perhaps this is something that happens quite often in this hotel."
"The room that I was assigned in this hotel did not have a microwave nor a refrigerator. There was only one soap in the room, and when I called the desk to ask for a shower cap, they told me they had none. The pillows are way too small and uncomfortable, and to make things even better they only had coffee for breakfast . Horrible service. I will not recommend anyone to stay here."
