"We love The Villas! It is peaceful, everyone knows their neighbors, we all look out for each other, etc. The office staff are very helpful. Kym and Lois are always kind and quick to respond anytime we reach out to them. The maintenance man, Joe, is one of the best we’ve ever known! His supervisor is also super helpful and kind. We had an issue with our dishwasher and Joe came several times to solve the issue, and replaced a part for us. It now works like brand new! Joe also did a few extra things that needed doing. He truly went the extra mile to help us out. I can’t praise these people enough. I also understand that the “rules” are in place to keep the property nice, clean, and well-kept. 10/10 would recommend anyone live at any of these properties."
"My fiance and I lived in the Villas at Lavender Lane for over 3 years. We just recently purchased our first home and had to break lease. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will take every penny out of your pocket, even MONTHS later. We have lived in our home over a month now and they are JUST NOW saying we owe another $293 for a mistake THEY made on our paperwork. We gave them $1500 to break lease(they charge like 3 months rent when you break lease), PLUS we forfeited our security deposit (you are forced to do this when you break lease) and now they are saying we owe yet again more money. Greedy, corporate people. Seriously. Don't live here. Monthly rent goes up every year(by significant amounts) and it really isn't worth it at all. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DONT LIVE HERE. We were respectable, clean, great tenants. They don't care. Save your time and money. STAY FAR AWAY."
"We lived at these apartments for a year. There is no parking, and they don’t enforce picking up after your animals. We rented sight unseen because they did not have a unit we could view beforehand and they stated they had pictures online. They did not tell us the pictures were outdated and not accurate. Once in the apartment we also had several issues. The measurements online are not accurate. The apartment had not been painted and there were tons of marks on the walls including paint chips gone from the master bedroom all the way around the top of the walls. The paint is so cheap you can touch the walls and it leaves a mark. Everything is cheap including the faucets. The carpet was dirty, the counters had not been cleaned and there was hair everywhere! I sent pictures and complained, and they reimbursed me $50 for having to clean the entire apartment myself when we moved in. We had issues with the dishwasher backing up into the sink. Maintenance said it was because we put rice in the garbage disposal, but we had just moved in. The sink also leaked (also told them about that) and it was never fixed the year that we lived there. I had an American flag on a garden stand and they made me take it down. We cleaned the entire apartment and touched up a couple of our paint/mark issues when we left. When we received our deposit refund 6 weeks later it was short $350!!! $200 administrative fee and $150 paint touch up fee…remember the walls had never been painted when we moved in, and we touched up any paint marks we had (because of the cheap paint). How are you going to charge me $150 for paint you didn’t touch up even before I moved in? I might not be so mad if I knew they painted with good paint for the next tenants. I understand there is a high demand for housing but cutting corners to save money and ripping people off is not the way to go. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. There are better options out there, you might just have to go outside of Bristol. Don’t move here."
"We’ve lived here for six years and are very satisfied with the community, the office staff, Angie, the maintenance man, Gary and the apartment complex in general. Work orders are completed promptly and the office staff answers any questions we have. They are pet friendly and we intend to keep on renting from them."
