"The room was gross. If we weren’t tired, we wouldn’t have stayed. Also, you pay before you go to your room so you can’t see it before they get your money. It was filthy and there are exposed wires. Good enough to sleep while traveling for one night. Breakfast downstairs had nothing."

"For starters front deck sky look like he was tired, but he was cool. There was a towel in the room that was hanging up there that I did not use the pictures will speak speak for themselves stains around the tub. It was a good location, but the room it was just pretty not was expected for quality so beware most of your quality stays in rooms because you will have some sort of issue pertaining to your room or your stay"

"I booked this room cheap $68 dollars to be exact. That should’ve told me everything I knew before it got to the room. Everything looked great until I went to use the restroom and shower facilities. The floor in the bathroom is very dirty. The shower had hair in the bottom, and on the walls and a ring around the tub. And one area it looked as if the floor was swept into the corner, not picked up. If you want, this is the hotel for you if you want clean, you better go somewhere else. The microwave next to the refrigerator was filthy as you also see the pictures."

"Booked due to close proximity to Pinnacle Shopping Center and mostly positive online reviews. Staff at front desk were extremely friendly at check in; however room was not at all clean or well maintained. Stains on bed spread and curtains, floor hadn't been swept or cleaned (hair all over bathroom floor when we arrived and bottom of our socks turned black), walls had holes that had been hastily patched and painted so weren't smooth or even, cracks with dirt where floor met the wall, urine stains on fold out couch bed, etc. We weren't expecting anything fancy or modern for that price, but we did expect basic cleaning standards to be met. No one used the shower due to stains and we all slept in our full clothes due to concerns of whether sheets were cleaned properly, given condition of everything else. Informed front desk staff when we left room needed attention, and were simply told they'd let housekeeping know. Very disappointed and would not stay again or recommend - next time we'll dish out the extra $100 to stay next door at one of the other hotel options."

"The room is clean, updated, good price, and comfortable beds. Looks like they have a decent breakfast, we will see in the morning. Front desk worker was friendly, polite, and very helpful"
