Hampton Inn Bristol

"Hotel must have has a renovation of some nature, but it some time ago. They could probably update the smoke detectors as they are super yellow. Fitness room was a joke. It’s a small room near from desk. Front desk staff was okay. She never mentioned breakfast and only gave me one key. They usually give 2. We are diamond members and we had to ask for our waters when we checked in. The worst part is the hotel is next to a highway so you hear all the trucks and cars."

"Could not get a good explanation of the room rates. Told front desk that i was an honors member and a military vet and would like a king room. Although asked, never got a explantion as to how much the discount would be, simply told this is the rate. The bill i received had honors discount applied not military and the base rate (without discount). So did I really receive a discount or was i just led to believe i received a discount. I guess what i am really asking is whether Hampton Inn could be more transparent regarding rates and applied discounts?"

"We were traveling on Thanksgiving Day and we stayed here for the night. Taylor, the young lady at the front desk treated us with respect as soon as we walked through the door. Her smile and attitude were infectious. The room was clean, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and every staff member we encountered was pleasant. The hotel is located close to The Pinnacle shopping center. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bristol area."

"Nice hotel, front staff could have been a little more friendly. Not mean at all, just not as friendly as some of the other places we have stayed in the area. Room had 19 ladybugs on the wall, tried to change rooms but no other kings available. Was willing to move us, just not to another king room. We just stayed in that room. Understood that this happens this time of year, just stating what we experienced."

"Such a beautiful hotel! The room was quiet, clean and had great amenities. There were water bottles and cookies in the room as a little gift and the staff was beyond friendly. The pool is very well maintained, as are the grounds. Breakfast was over the top wonderful! Would definitely stay here again."
