Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bristol 3285 West State Street, Bristol, TN 37620

"Beds felt clean with the all white linen . The room smelled wierd. The bath tub is definitely made for someone under and overflow does not allow you to get it deep enough for a good soak. This room super super basic nothing worth the luxury price for the area. The breakfast was okay... the eggs were very wierd tasting like paste and rubber, and the sausage was cold! They really need a biscuit with gravy option, pancake option, or waffle maker (even best westerns have these) Nothing worth raving over."

"We had a great stay. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean and not dilapidated in any way. The feeling when walking into our room was very secure and silent, except for the freeway ... there is a bit of road noise, but we're not complaining. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great, according to my husband, who is a shower connoisseur. Breakfast looked good, but it was very busy, so we skipped it. They also have an indoor pool, which looked nice and inviting, but we were too tired to try it. We changed up our hotel choice from Hampton Inn because the ones we stayed in on the same trip were shabby and more expensive. This was a good choice and we'll be staying at the Fairfield near Birmingham next. Hopefully it's as good as this one."

"Love love loved our stay! Super friendly Kitchen, & hospitality staff! GREAT HUGE selection of continental breakfast! Beautiful modern, updated CLEAN CLEAN rooms, huge walkin shower. Nice heated indoor pool & gym. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Will revisit!"

"My room had nothing in it except a bed. No couch, chair clock or anything to relax in. Walls are paper thin. Assistant manager knows nothing about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Stay at Hampton Inn next door. Much nicer and the rooms are completely furnished."

"My experience at this hotel was truly disappointing and not up to par for a Marriott property. The room smelled musty and like BO. The beds are super uncomfortable and had a stains on the pillow cases. The bathroom was dirty, had lady's hair all over the place and on the towels. The property has one washer and dryer onsite and they allow guests from the Hampton Inn to use their equipment so needless to say, you don't have the opportunity to use their laundry. Everything just feels musty and outdated. Overall. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel as it does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and customer service."
