Both Charlotte & Jeff has helped me make a smooth move from an upstairs apt. to one on the lower level off the steps for my knees! They've both been great & I even got my handicap parking which has been awesome. I can't thank them both enough, they both go above & beyond. I'm very blessed to have met them both!"
"Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors fight, snore etc. If you're not a smoker and the neighbors under you,next you are you will not be happy. Lots of college student renters so be prepared for thumping bass music all hours of the day and night. LOTS of unsupervised kids running around. Fairly clean grounds, management is hit or miss"
