"This place is a JOKE. We just signed our lease renewal for the SECOND time because the first time we did, something went wrong on THEIR end and we did not know until we were charged over $1500 today for a month to month lease and fees! They refuse to take responsibility for anything that happens on their end as long as they get money for it. And this is only the beginning of the problems we had! An incompetent office manager told us he put us on the waitlist for a bigger apartment here and he never did! We waited months for a call saying a bigger apartment opened up only to find out we were never on the list. We were also informed we would have to pay a ton of fees to get added to a waitlist that at that point had grown from a 3 month max wait to over 6 months. They also refused to acknowledge that mistake as well and made no effort to reconcile the situation. They are money hungry and the managers are absolutely horrendous at their jobs! AVOID UDC AT ALL COSTS!"

"I moved from another UDC property to Stafford Street in December of 2021. The whole experience has been wonderful. Property Manager Travis has been great to work with. He is very attentive to the residents needs. He returns phone calls, responds to requests and works to get back to and handle things in a very timely manner. It is obvious to me that Travis truly enjoys his job and helping his tenants is his top priority. Fortunately I have had no repairs or problems that have been an emergency however if that were to one day be the case I feel secure in the knowledge that they will be handled quickly and professionally. Thank you Travis and keep up the good work!"

"I love my new apartment!! The move was smooth and the managers are really nice and work with you!! I specifically requested to live in the unit right up above my mother and they did just that for me!! So now I can take care of my mother while having my own place with my wonderful husband. Rent is incredibly easy to pay and they will quickly resolve any issues and are very respectful to all handicapped and disabled and I really appreciate that as it makes living for my mother easier ❤️ Nice kitchen (Makes it easier to cook), dishwasher, sink disposal, comes with a fridge, microwave, huge walk in closet, the one bedroom apartments are spacious and cute! Has a swimming pool and a playground for children. Generally quiet here which helps cause I work night shift. Yes they are still constructing more units and the parking lot doesn’t look the best but it’s to be expected while everything is under construction. We are the very first people in our unit as it is brand new and I love that cause it’s so much cleaner!"

"I just recently moved to Stafford Village and hasn't been a good move. I had wonderful upstairs niebors at the Villas but can't say the same at Stafford street Village, I have an upstairs niebor who doesn't just walk, he stomps as he paces. I think the interstate was better than my upstairs niebor. Wish I had stayed where I was, even with the noise from the interstate."
