"I rented a 2 bed room unit here for 2 years and I have only positive things to say. The owner Eric is amazing. He is very responsive and helpful. The unit that I rented was very spacious with all modern and sleek features and appliances. All of the units at this property are beautiful and have that rustic loft appeal. The location is perfect. “Downtown” or State Street is literally 2 blocks over. I walked to everything, all of the shops and restaurants are less than 0.5 mile away. I highly recommend renting one of the units at The Remington."

The downtown location was super convenient to many restaurants and bars. There was also plenty of parking and I always felt safe at night. Eric was very easy to work with and very responsive with communication. Would highly recommend for anyone looking in the area."

"Nothing but amazing things to say about The Remington as well as the owner, Eric! I stayed in Bristol, TN for 6 months as a travel nurse and the apartment made my stay so enjoyable. It was in such a great location.. walkable to downtown. The apartment I stayed in was so gorgeous and quiet. I felt extremely safe. Eric was so attentive to my needs and took care of any issues I had with the apartment. If I ever stayed in Bristol again this would be the first place I would look to come back to :)"

"I was one of the first tenants at The Remington and I enjoyed every second of living in loft 207. Beautiful original hardwood floors with exposed beams, huge windows, and open floor plan. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. Never a dull moment being in the heart of downtown Bristol with convenience all around. Eric Blevins truly cares about this property and his tenants. He was always available at a phone call away and more than accommodating to the needs of the tenants. It is such a bittersweet time leaving this loft but I know that whoever moves in next will have the best experience! By far the best apartment I have ever lived in. You will not want to leave!"
