"Area is nice. If you're a pet owner perfect for you. If you're not, the dog smelly elevators and hallways can be annoying. Some pet owners are extremely inconsiderate by allowing pets to use the restroom near the entrances to the buildings instead of designated areas. On a warm day you may smell all of their waste as soon as you open the door."

"We miss Fulton Hill's amazing customer service every day. Last August, our property management transferred from Fulton Hill to one of it's (god awful) competitors. It's crazy how much of a difference there is in our community. Fulton Hill was present on the property every single day, cleaning and performing maintenance. We knew our maintenance supervisor by name. They always got back to us immediately. Our new management company is negligent, unresponsive, leaves the community filthy, and has started to take away amenities because they can't get away with raising rent during a pandemic. We can't wait to get out of here and move to a Fulton Hill property. WE MISS YOU and your professional and caring service."

"Travesty in Boulder, CO. This developer bought a property in Boulder, CO and had plans to turn it into a high density development, that was meant with disapproval from the local community. Since then, the building has had minimal maintenance, is overgrown with weeds and complete lack of attention. See photos of the recent homeless camp that is full of human waste and garbage, it has been for 3 weeks now. This developer is not doing their part to maintain a clean and safe environment."
