"Couldn't recommend living at the River Lofts enough. It was a great experience and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in the area. The trail is also a short distance, which is great for running and biking. My apartment had a high ceiling, and I rarely ever heard my neighbors. The office staff was also great to work with when needed."

"My husband and I lived in these apartments for his senior year at liberty and we absolutely loved living here. Not only did it feel safe and homey, but it was clean, we were comfortable leaving our bikes in the designated bike area, the gym was always quiet and comfortable to use, and the staff were so kind and helpful when we needed repairs or had questions. This was our first time renting and they made it so easy. In addition, it was so close to the walking trails that we walked or rode bikes almost every day. I highly recommend living here, you won’t be disappointed!"
"I'm really not one to leave reviews, but these apartments have beyond exceeded my expectations and I would like to reassure whoever is looking to live here that this can be an extremely warm and inviting place to live. I have lived there for 2 years and have never had any problems, the staff (especially Stephanie and Kevin, along with the cleaning crew, Trevor and Candy) are beyond honest, caring and professional and I can't appreciate them enough. On top of all that, these apartments are located in the middle of everything downtown. Everything aside from a grocery store is walkable, including bars and plenty of coffeeshops. Again, I can't recommend this place enough. Hope this helps the decision of anyone reading this!"
