"I’m from Lynchburg and recently moved to AL after getting married. I’ve watched this hotel be built and was excited to stay here! Overall, the stay was okay, but being new, I would’ve expected little things like patchy paint walls to be painted over and cleared up. Otherwise, the floors were pretty dirty. The bathroom had spots all over it once the light was cut on, so it was pretty noticeable that they hadn’t been wiped down very well. We had a good stay otherwise and we would definitely come back, but hopefully with improved accommodations the next go around!"
"Water pressure was bad, AC was squeaky and wouldn't cool to the setting we selected 67°, the place was clean, and there was no microwave of coffee maker in room. The breakfast was terrible, bad eggs, cold sausage, coffee not good either was okish, pancake machine broken, they go for good appearance but the quality is bad."
"It looks nice & new but it's all a facade. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but they overbooked & changed the room to a Tiny room with a King Sized bed that took up the Entire Room! I kept banging my shins off the bed trying to walk around. The layout was weird & the construction looks cheap. The metal cord cover on the desk was falling off the wall & I know this hotel is only a few years old, it shouldn't be falling apart already."
"Wow, as a budget option for lodging, I have 0 complaints. Very quiet rooms but not a ghost town in the lobby, personalized experience, kind and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, and affordable. If i’m ever in the area again I will return."
