"I stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Lynchburg VA on Jan. 10th thru 11th of January. I was not happy with the housekeeping. The bathroom floor had dirt mopped into the corners. We went down for their breakfast at 8 a.m. and there was only waffles you could make. No milk for cereal, no products in the dairy case, no juice in the machine, and only two bagels in the unit and no fruit. When asking for help at the check in counter we were told "this is not my area". No help was sent. My first and last time staying at this brand of hotel."
"One of my favorite hotels to visit when I’m in town! Everything is clean and updated! The hotel is quiet and the staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming! The deals/price for this hotel is unbeatable! The location is perfect! My family and myself are always properly accommodated! A++"
"Room was great. Simple and clean. Folks at check in were great. However, the contental breakfast was lacking. A lot of things needed to be restocked and the lady working acted a bit irritated to have to restock it. Overall, would stay again."
"Not bad at all for the price . The rooms were clean and spacious. Microwave mini fridge and coffee maker all very standard for a hotel room. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Do not book this hotel of you are looking for a good breakfast. Breakfast food is minimal . Bagel. Box cereal and oatmeal and possibly some waffles. The coffee is pretty good though. There is alot to do in the near by area"
"Perfect location to stay to visit Liberty. We are a large family and stayed in the handicap accessible room which was plenty big. Pillows and blankets for second bed were not in room when we arrived. Three night stay and towels were not automatically exchanged. But everything was very clean. Free breakfast was just cereal, waffles, oat meal, but was enough."
