"Their customer service is the very best! They always take the time to make sure you have whatever you need and want ! They go above and beyond ! Dianna at the front desk will make sure your accommodations are the way you want them and make sure your room is up to par ! The head housekeeper always stops to make time just to say hey or good morning and make sure there is nothing that you need in your room or if there’s anything else that you need! They are very clean ! I would have to say ten outta ten recommend"
"After staying here a few times I will continue to keep coming back. Great rates and the staff are completely wonderful and give the best customer service. The rooms are always so nice and clean with the sheets even having that nice fresh clean smell. Highly recommend staying here."
"I thought this place was really wonderful. It’s certainly budget but they have not skimped on their hospitality or customer service. When I arrived, the women at the front desk made me my own personalized bottle of water and was very kind. When I left I forgot my debit card. The hotel called me 2 hours later to let me know. I’m so grateful because I’m traveling and Christmas is fast approaching, so I really need it. My room was clean and I felt safe. I will certainly return again to support this small business."
"I must say that I am super impressed with the owners and staff! Not only were they accommodating & extremely helpful, but they went out of their way to ensure that we had the best stay! It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is VERY clean and nice, and the service was second to none! If you are in the area, and your child is considering Liberty University, do yourself and wallet a favor and make a reservation today! Overall they are VERY affordable and get 5 stars for their hospitality!!!"
