Craddock Terry Hotel

"I booked a King suite for my wife's birthday thru their website, not some external booking site. After arriving we were given a room with 2 Queen beds, and the only explanation was, "we overbooked", sorry for your luck. No discount, no heartfelt apology...nothing. Luckily we live in town down the road, with our own king bed, so we stayed there...$250 down the drain. We even got married here 5 years ago, had our rehearsal dinner and guests stay here..never again."

"I am sooo late in giving this review, but I could not miss the opportunity to tell you how WONDERFUL this hotel and staff are! We were there for our anniversary and what a wonderful, romantic place to enjoy! The staff was brilliant! BELENDA, SONYA and TIMI gave us the royal treatment. The room was well appointed, and the town of Lynchburg was great! We rented scooters and enjoyed our day exploring the town. There were so many great restaurants and shops at our fingertips. We can't wait to return!"

"This has been the best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect! The rooms were beautiful with huge windows, tall ceilings with wood beams. Very clean, comfortable and modern. I absolutely loved the shoebox breakfast concept. I had to leave before the morning breakfast at 4am to get to the airport and they made sure I had it before I left. When breakfast was between 6-7. Ethan was very helpful and went above and beyond. Even stopping at our table to say hi and make sure everything was good. There was a Santa in the lobby, reading a book To the children. With Homemade hot cocoa!!!!!!! Upon arriving, they warned us that there would be a train, passing by with a Loud horn about four times a day. I only heard it one time during our whole stay. I appreciate them, giving us a heads up. It didn’t affect my stay there at all. I loved everything about this place!!!!!!!"

"What a delight this stay was. I was immediately met hospitality and warmth right in the front door. Room are spacious and uniquely decorated. Small touches of care show up everywhere on the property. Spent time in both restaurants in facility and I was greatly impressed with the quality and service at both of them. I don't write many reviews, but this place really went above and beyond my expectations."

"Loved this hotel. We arrived at night so we couldn’t get a feel for the location. The hotel has a very cool vibe inside and out. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever been in. The breakfast idea is pretty cool. It’s not a full breakfast but fresh and the muffins were delicious. The woman at the front was so nice and helpful. Our shower was huge with a bench. We loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
