Worst customer service let alone the unprofessionalism at the front desk.!! To say the lease there should be a full review of the female employees.!! iWill be reporting to the corporate headquarters for my horrible stay after paying over $500.00 usd. Refund & my time back wouldn’t be enough, management needs to step in before it gets entirely worse for other future guests.!! Purely Disappointing & Overly Disgusting what iHad to deal with from the female employees at the front desk.!! Disgusting to say the least, flat out Disrespectful & Disgusting.!!"

"The best place about this is the location. However, I will go out of my way NOT to stay here and would advise my business associates and friends to not stay there. I requested a king bed and sofa couch, which was on the reservation as a possible combo. There were 3 of us traveling and we needed one more bed. The lady gave us a king but no sofa couch, and when I asked to be moved to what our reservation had requested, she said "Did you put that in the special notes." Excuse me, ma'am, I paid for it actually. Next, we were finally placed in a room with a king bed and sofa bed. We pulled out the sofa bed and it looked like mice had eaten the mattress, which was also extremely thin and dirty. The sheets from the previous user had clearly not been taken off because there were BOOGERS on the mattress. No, I will not be recommending this place."

"Stayed just one night while driving to WV. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and great room. Fantastic location with great views! Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience - as usual with the Marriott brand. :)"
