Langley Apartments

"These are terrible quality apartments. When you have a problem they don’t fix it, they just put a bandaid on it. The walls are rice paper thin, so you can hear everything the people beside you are doing. Everything in that place is cheap so when something breaks you get blamed for it and have to fix it yourself. Management doesn’t care about your complaints, just that you give them their money. They don’t return your security deposit either. In this instance you get what you pay for doesn’t apply because you get much less than you pay for."

"If you're like me and you are reading reviews and thinking "wow, maybe these reviewers are just bad tenants." Don't...Langley is TERRIBLE to work with. Run by people who have to be threatened with lawsuits before they actually do their job. The cheap rent they offer is not worth it."

"PSA: Do not rent from Langley Apartments. They have no customer service. They have no compassion for people who have family emergencies. They refuse to fix things. For example, in the winter, when the wind blows, with the window supposedly shut, I see my blinds move. So I know it's doing the same with the heat. They will not replace the windows, yet they consider us a comp with the brand new luxury apartments over in Farmington, and have raised our rent accordingly. And to top it off, they will not work out a payment arrangement for our rent, which we would pay in full on August 15th without charging the late fees and court fees, which would make this month's rent over 900 dollars. We have 400 of it now but they won't stop the court fees even if we pay that. So I do not recommend Langley Apartments to anyone. Spread the word."

"Rented at Jefferson Ridge, nice location, decently quiet and the maintenance staff was friendly.. But, management is terrible and, like many others have reviewed, will nickel and dime you for everything when it is time to go. Also, management does not care about the tenants and keep everything at "tolerable." Nothing to please or help the tenant."

"My sister and I were reliable tenants for years with Langley. We kept it clean, were quiet and paid rent on time. Langley is known for nickle and diming its residents and will find unreasonable charges and won't return any of the security deposit. It's sad because the apartments are old and poorly kept up as well. Don't rent with Langley."
