"This place is an extremely over priced cesspool scumhole. It was overpriced for the room dimension before the consecutive shootings across consecutive years now. teens running around kicking doors, breaking windowns. Fist fights in the shared drive ways In the middle of the day. Rent has increased every year that I have been here, prices keep going up while the quality of living goes down! The shared community washroom has had broken washing machines for months with dirty water sitting in them to breed mosquitos. This is the second time in as many weeks that a shooting has occurred. Unacceptable. If you have kids don't move here, for both yourself and their safety."

She needs to be fired or working at Mc.donalds. she also stated she has my number and she will continue to harass me. Please fire her asap."

"Have always had a great experience with these apartments and management. The maintenance is very responsive solving your problems within and few hours after contact or by the next morning. The management staff are very helpful and friendly. They are recently doing a landscaping overhaul and it looks phenomenal! Highly recommend especially for those just starting out on there own."

"I lived there for two years. The first year was alright, but the second year we had a lot of issues that were not addressed. The staff was insincere, they treated us well...until we moved in. Our electricity bill was SO expensive here! In a small apt like this, I’d expect the bill to be about $60-$75/month at MOST! I think our CHEAPEST bill was around there. In the winter, our bill would get as high as $200 (and we were on the second floor!) but when I asked them to send maintenance to check on it, I was told “I can do that, but I can already tell you there’s nothing wrong with it.” Another issue was that my neighbor below me smoked weed often (inside his apt), I reported this, and was told that it’s a smoking community, even after I repeatedly told them it’s not cigarette smoke, but marijuana (which I know is legal in some states, but not here!) they did not care, and the only thing they did to resolve it was to have maintenance plug holes under our bathroom sink (even though I told them that the smell was seeping into my bedroom, and not the bathroom). There was also a shooting that happened shortly before I moved out. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone."
