Boonsboro Village Apartments

"When we first moved in, we loved the property. We loved having Luis and Heather as property managers. Tameeche who is new is also really kind to work with and addresses concerns promptly and fairly. We had to move units due to a disgruntled neighbor. Once we moved units, we had a new property manager. Due to the switch in units and property managers we had issues with our lease that could not be resolved. They kept going back and forth on my lease agreement 30 days prior to my lease ending and then tried charging me an additional month because they didn't communicate over a $200 rent markup by 60 days to give me time to decide if I wanted to keep renting there or not. I tried speaking to the regional manager about it, Angie Orr, who refused to see me with no given reason then yelled at me for voicing my concerns. I have never had a REGIONAL manager treat a tenant who pays on time with such disrespect. As a buisness owner, I could not imagine treating a client in such a manner as she did. On top of the disrespect, it took about 3 months to get a new washer in dryer due to them not being able to get it set up with automatic leasing (pay your bills on time so your tenants dont suffer from it). Other maintance issues took about 3 months or more to fix as well. The place is run down, can't keep property managers due to upper management issues and is all around a really bad place to rent from. I would not recommend greenbrier management to anyone."

"I have been a resident at Boonsboro Village Apartments since 2018, and I am thrilled with the current management under Heather and the team. The community has consistently been a safe, welcoming, and cooperative environment in which to live and raise my child. I am especially grateful for the more recent developments under Heather’s leadership with very timely outreach and communication to residents, and effective and personal communication with us. I am a busy career mom, and I appreciate the fact that I am not ‘just another resident’ - me and my child feel part of a community and have a responsive and supportive professional at the front of the team on site. "I would high recommend renting here! Me and my boyfriend love living here. Apartments have a lot of space, come with a balcony, and are pet friendly! :) Whenever we have a maintenance issue it is fixed by the next day. Leasing office staff and very friendly and are willing to work with you."

"I love living here! There are so many friendly neighbors and my children have made some great friends. There is a pool for the whole family to swim in and two playgrounds: one for younger kids and one for older kids. The gazebo is perfect for an afternoon picnic or to sit and watch the kids play. The manager and staff are constantly thinking of new ideas to improve the community (although it is great already!) Our family is proud to call this place home!!"
