"My maintenance requests are handled within a day or two , I have never had to complain or call a second time for the same issue. The property manager Hazel is veryyyyy sweet! She is so understanding, respectful and she is very accommodating , unlike some places I’ve stayed . My stay has been pleasant , I have no complaints at all . I would and I have recommended this complex to friends / family ."

"Black mold in unit and leasing office is terrible at communicating with tenants would not recommend at all maintenance doesn’t even know how to fix things they higher random guys for the job. And maintenance well Leak your address if they know you personally."

"Mold growing everywhere in my bathrooms. Pool hasn't been able to be used. Gym can only be used when office is open. Took over a month to get my dishwasher fixed. Won't filters given for HVAC so power bill has gone through the roof."

"Gun violence that I'm still suffering fear and trouble from... things moved around in my apartment, sense someone's watching me. Always people on the porch every night. Can't get service in my apartment, allowed my kitchen to swell and flood for a week. Caused roaches to appear. Misplaced my rent and forced me to go through a different process which caused two payments to fail so they removed me from paying my rent on line. I'm over this place."
