Silver Collection Hotel (SCH)

"I can only leave a review on the service. My inlaws are in their 70s and were never able to get into their room or the hotel. There was another family waiting for a person to come and let them into the hotel whom after 30 mins never arrived. My inlaws had to eat and take medication. After a long drive from Portsmouth, VA we let them just stay with us so they could be rested for their granddaughter's sweet 16 birthday party. This was a horrible experience. I was told we could get a refund but it has not happened yet. We will never attempt to stay at any hotel in this collection ever again."

"Amazing value, had everything including full kitchen, sitting room, washer dryer and very spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows and large screen tv, highly recommend it!"

"I was looking so fwd to staying at the SCH hotel yesterday. I waited more than an hour for a key. I didn't received the link to download code for the key. I had to cancelled my reservation and I didn't get my full refund. I sent management an email I have yet to receive a response. I'm very disappointed with the outcome. The customers keep your business up running. This is absolutely terrible business. This whole ordeal wasn't right and baffling. Their professionalism was unnecessary and unethical. They showed lack of concerned for potential customers."

"This place is SMART. The rooms are modern and beautiful with high ceilings and pleasing decor. They have fully stocked kitchens, laundry, a separate living room, and spacious bathroom all separated by siding barn doors. Even the lobby is decorated to a T! We loved the keyless entry. Hoping to enjoy the amenities before we leave!"

"Rooms are gorgeously done. Up to date. Modern. Only issue is the check-in process, open key didn't work. Admin person was able to get us in quickly and we were able to make a physical key on the kiosk. Amenities are around the corner and not an issue, breakfast was fully stocked and the attendant was very helpful. Everything was gorgeous"
