Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg

"I was pleasantly impressed at how clean this hotel was. We came in a little late, around 7:30, Greg (I think) was very nice and took care of us. Our rooms were a really good size, very spacious for 2 people, an infant, and a small dog. Yes, it was very pet friendly. Everything was super clean, I was impressed! The location was close to all of the restaurants. Not right in the mix, but close enough so you're not close to the highway or traffic. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Just before arriving at the hotel, it looks wonderful. It had many places to shop at and eat at the restaurants. There's plenty of parking. The lobby is clean and modern. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is amazing. Checking in and out was a breeze. I felt safe while staying at the hotel. I will use them again when I am in the area."

"My TV didn't work the entire stay. I informed the front desk of the problem immediately upon check in.i was told Sunday it needed a part. I checked out Sunday. I feel I was not properly kept up to date of the problem. One woman knocked on my door Saturday and walked right in without my permission and inquired if tv had been fixed that was it.i told her no and I never heard back. This was a inconvenient situation .there was no solution to this problem. I asked front desk about some kind of resolution and was told management would have to take care of that. I'm sure staff was aware tv didn't work before I checked in.i was offered another room with working tv but only 1 bed and I needed 2 beds. Nonetheless I will reach out to the facility manager by email as to some kind of resolution for my inconvenience"

"Good afternoon, On August 19th @ approximately 9:30 p.m. my husband, 3 grandsons & I arrived in Fredericksburg VA for the night, we had been driving all day from Florida. My husband had in error booked only one room instead of two with another hotel in the same area and to our dismay they were sold out and the 1 room would not accommodate all 5 of us! I called and spoke with Vanessa at Extended Stay desperate at this point for accommodations that would sleep all 5 of us and was happy to hear she could figure something out and to drive across the street. We walk in and Vanessa greeted us with a welcoming smile and even my name which believe me at this point made us all very happy, she had two rooms for us across from each other and worked for us. I wanted to let you she made our night which is her job, however, now days rarely happens anymore, customer service is a rare!!! You have a great General Manager Thank you Vanessa!!! Karen M"

"This hotel was a great surprise!. We typically always stay at a Hilton, but it was all booked up, so we took a chance here and will be coming back for sure! The staff was very welcoming even when we got in at 11pm. The entire hotel felt very clean and modern. Price was on point for the area. I loved it! The breakfast is a grab-N-go style which worked perfect for us."
