"I travel constantly for business and have frequented the Fredericksburg South Red Roof Inn. I don't expect perfection when I book a budget motel. Beds have always been comfortable with fresh sheets and ample pillows. Large rooms, bathrooms clean, My encounters with staff have been courteous and responsive. Large flat screen TV. I just booked another 2 days for next week."

"A dozen roaches in the two different rooms I viewed. Was charged full 5 day price and no refund was possible for the 20 minutes of my life spent in disgust. Left this place in disbelief almost immediately. STAINS EVERYWHERE!"

"It was quiet and in a great location but I saw a roach in one of the rooms, and there's never anyone in the office and the owner tried to get my wife to let him into the room with her whenever I was gone. When she said no, he increased the room rate each day, I was paying 89.00 Mon - Thurs and 99.00 Fri -Sun. So I was paying 653.00 a week. Ridiculous!"

"They got roaches but want to charge 20$ extra each person. When you first get to the room the floor is sticky and dirty they only give you a roll of used toilet tissue. They don’t properly clean and I know for a fact because moving the dresser it had food and roaches behind it. It’s not worth more than 30$ a night but want to charge almost 65-70$. I don’t understand how this place is still open it needs to be closed down. They think cause they changed the floors and updated the bathroom that’s fixing the problems it’s not it stinks,representation of the room isn’t good. You can’t sleep peacefully because the roaches climbing everywhere."
