"The office lady is kind of nice, they actually helped up us by letting us move in when we needed too. But it was a lot they failed to mention like, the upstairs doesn’t get cool she said oh yeah we have to close the vents downstairs so the upstairs can get cool. So we was like ok we’ll just buy some fans to help but all the outlets are either not working or the cord is falling out of them. So it’s been a week and the outlets are still not working and it’s still hot upstairs. SMH. Office lady also rubbed me the wrong way when she never told us they was going to redo the counter tops. It was good they did them it made the place look so much better but the way she went about it was like (wow) she people shouldn’t work with the public. So it went like this, we called just about it everyday leading up to move in to make sure everything was good we, making sure paperwork was turned in, lease agreement was sent over, ok cool. Not once did she mention the counter tops was getting done. So lease signing morning she calls us and says hey they are coming to do the counter tops we don’t know when they are coming but you’ll can’t be in there when they get there. We was like the uhaul had to be turned in by 1pm we had 2 uhaul a lot of big pieces of furniture. So we was like or you just don’t get them done at all. I was like what in the world. It’s was like after 10am still had to go and sign the lease cause she forgot to send it the day before. Which took almost an hour to do that plus you know get the keys and go over other things. We got through it. Got our stuff inside the people who did put the counter tops in left our back door open with our stuff inside. We had a million flies and unwanted creatures inside because they always left the kitchen window with no screen in it open for God knows how long but. We got our ring cameras up and thank God nobody came inside. But other then that we appreciate them for working around our move in date.
