"The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extraordinary. I want to thank the general manager Abiola for her incredible support throughout my stay. I recently relocated to the US, and going through the acclimation process requires multiple steps and, with those, numerous mail letters. Abiola was fantastic with her prompt communication and updates on any package or mail I received. She went above and beyond to support me and clarify any questions I had about my stay or the country. I cannot thank her enough. She truly has an intense Customer Obsession that makes her a valuable asset for any company. "I travel cross country and stayed with many apartment hotels and i can bet this is the best one. The room are fully equipped with utensils if u wish to cook, Every week they clean the room and change linens and towels, Room and Building is secured, plenty of space to park, well maintained rooms, rooms are bigger and well ventilated and free decent wifi. Highly recommended. Advice to management: - Laundry room is not that convenient and accessible. Kindly make the laundry room little bigger and make that available for 7 days. - Add vending machine for drinks and other essentials."

"Clean, accommodating and super friendly staff. The hallway to my room had an interesting smell, though this didn't affect my room at all. That was the only negative. Everything else was positive. Highly recommend for anyone expecting to stay in the Northern VA/DC area for an extended period of time."

"They closed the office for Thanksgiving, AND the Friday after. No extra towels, no extra toilet paper. We paid for an extra night but when we came back to the room at 9:30, our key didn't work. AND THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED. Had to wait for offsite to co tact someone. HORRIBLE customer service. Worst experience EVER"
